Welcome to the Law Office of Cameron H. Totten web site. I am licensed in California and have been practicing for fourteen years. My areas of expertise are bankruptcy, business and real estate litigation, personal injury and employment law. However, I can handle most litigation matters as well as draft contracts and agreements. I charge a reasonable fee and also take matters on a flat fee or contingency fee basis.
Although I am a litigator, my philosophy has always been to litigate or take court action only when absolutely necessary. Thus, if possible, I will attempt to settle the dispute with the opposing side prior to filing any action. However, if a settlement cannot be reached, I will vigorously pursue the client’s rights through the legal process.
