With regard to bankruptcy matters, I charge from $1000 to $2500 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and $3500 to $4000 for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. With regard to civil litigation, I handle most matters on an hourly basis at the rate of $250 per hour.
